Pilates

Pilates has been a well-known way for dancers and non-dancers to strengthen their core and increase flexibility, for nearly 100 years. Why? Because it works! Learn the classic mat exercises, proper breathing, and technique.

Instructor: Donna Ognibene (certified through Power Pilates) draws from her background in both aerobics and pilates to lead a class with a unique blend of movement.

Donna offers adult pilates classes in the studio 2 mornings per week.
