Looking to try a new fitness class without the commitment of a long-term gym contract? Look no further! The Adult Fitness class sessions run 5-6 weeks each, and are scheduled at times that are convenient for the participants.
Classes meet once per week for 60 minutes unless otherwise noted. Classes are taught by Melissa Henrikson, an AFAA Certified Group Exercise Instructor and Personal Trainer. For more information or to register contact Melissa at mshfitness@hotmail.com

Cardio Sizzle:
Are you tired of the same old workout? Do you want to take a class that is fun, while getting a great workout is just a benefit? Are you interested in taking the class that EVERYONE is talking about? This class combines cardio, strength and hot dance elements to create a fun, energizing workout that has a little bit of attitude. This workout will build self confidence, shed those inhibitions and best of all, show that sassy side! Your inner and outer beauty will shine and your muscles will be worked like no other class. You do not need dance experience; just leave your worries at the door and get ready to sweat and burn calories. This class is only for the ladies!
Cardio Kick Boxing:
A high intensity cardio and strength conditioning class that includes moves taken from boxing and Karate. The class will focus on punching and kicking combinations as well as sports drills. This class will get your heart pumping from beginning to end. All fitness levels are welcome.
Zumba:
This is a cardio class that combines Latin dance moves (and other international elements) with musical rhythms that are fun and easy to follow. Choreography features slow and fast rhythms that tone and sculpt your body while working the heart and burning fat.
Bootcamp:
This class takes place outdoors and indoors and is non-stop from beginning to end. This class is a combination of cardiovascular and strength conditioning. This class includes running/sprinting drills, agility drills, sports/conditioning drills, jump rope, body weight strength moves, and relay races. You will be sure to see results by the end of one session.
