Vacation and Snow Days
We will be following the Arlington School System for holidays, vacations, and snow days. The studio will not be holding classes on the holidays and vacations noted below:

If the Arlington schools are closed or there is an early release because of snow, the studio will be closed as well. If school is not cancelled, but weather conditions are poor, please call the studio at 781.643.7220 to see if we will be open. (Make up classes will be available beginning in April for any classes missed due to holidays and snow days.)
Costumes Installment Payment
The first installment payment ($50 per costume) is due the week of October 3-7. Saturday class payments are due October 15, as a result of the Columbus Day holiday. The remaining balances are due the week of January 3-9.*
Installments become non-refundable as of November 1st, when the costumes are ordered. Costumes are paid in installments for your convenience; however, placing an order constitutes full commitment.
Halloween Week
Tuesday October 25, 2011-Monday October 31, 2011
Students may wear Halloween costumes (that they can move in!) to dance all this week.
*Late fees: A $20.00 per month late fee will be added to the outstanding balance on the account if payments are not received by the end of the payment week. |
